AHMC Now Offering Sarah's Tent Kosher Menu

Friday, July 7, 2006 - Aventura, FL - Aventura Hospital and Medical Center has partnered with Sarah's Tent - Aventura's premier Kosher market - to offer Kosher items in its cafeteria for staff and patients' visitors.

The stand-alone Kosher refrigerator located in Aventura's cafeteria offers the following Kosher sandwiches: various cold cuts, chicken salad, eggplant, hard boiled egg and Houmous on pita bread or baguette. There is also a wide selection of homemade soups, and a variety of lunch and dinner combinations, including chicken and vegetables, and the all-famous Matzo ball soup. The salad menu includes traditional Caesar chicken, Israeli/Tehina salad, marinated eggplant, pasta, tuna and cous-cous salads. Hallah rolls, whole wheat, pita bread and parva cakes are also available.
